LeanlyThese terms apply to Leanly, an app by Kickpop Studio (Furkan Çetin). By downloading or using Leanly you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA applies.
Not medical advice
Leanly helps you keep a food diary and see estimates of calories, nutrients, energy burn and progress. These values are estimates made by AI and from food databases; they can be wrong. Leanly does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Talk to a health professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have diabetes or another medical condition, or are under 18.
Subscriptions
Some features, including AI meal analysis, require a Leanly Pro subscription. The available plans, their prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
To keep the service fair and affordable, AI analysis has a daily limit per user.
Using the app
Use Leanly only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with the law. Don't try to get around the subscription or the usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or send content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share. Only send photos of food and nutrition labels for analysis.
Your content
Your meals, photos and notes are yours. Your log is stored on your device. When you ask for an AI analysis, you allow us to process the photo or text you send only to produce the result, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use Leanly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
Leanly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kickpop Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
