One song request costs 10 credits and gives you two versions of the song. You always see the cost before you create. AI Lyrics, Write with AI, Improve with AI and Story Video are free.

Your first account on an iPhone gets 10 free credits, enough for your first song. They're given once per iPhone: a new account on the same iPhone (for example after deleting your account or reinstalling) starts with 0 credits, while signing back in with Apple keeps the credits you have. Serenadly Pro includes plan credits: 100 a week on the weekly plan, 150 every 30 days on the yearly plan and 30 during the 3-day free trial. Credit packs (50, 150 or 400 credits) are one-time purchases.

Plan credits refill at the start of each period and don't roll over. Credits from packs and your free starter credits never expire.

No. If a version can't be made, its credits are returned automatically. You'll see “Couldn't be made · credits refunded” in your Library.

Credits usually arrive within a minute. Make sure you're online and reopen the app, then tap Restore Purchases in Profile or on the paywall. Still missing? If the purchase screen shows Contact support or Get help, tap it: the email opens with your Account ID and purchase time filled in. Or write to info@kickpop.app.

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Serenadly, or in the app Profile → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

No. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancel them in Settings.

All payments go through Apple, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a credit pack, the credits it added are removed.

Sign in with Apple (Profile → Account) before you switch, so your songs and credits are saved to your account. On the new phone, sign in again and use Restore Purchases to bring back an active subscription.

In Library, swipe left on a song or long-press it and choose Delete. This removes it from our servers: the audio, lyrics, cover and share link. A photo you used is deleted with the last version that uses it.

Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your songs, credits, uploads and share links. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription.

Your songs are private. With a share link, anyone who has the link can listen in a browser, with no app needed; links can't be guessed, aren't indexed by search engines and turn off when you delete the song. MP3 files and story videos you send can be kept and passed on by whoever receives them. Story videos are made on your phone and never uploaded to us.

Yes, within our Terms of Use: follow the platform's rules for AI music, don't imitate real artists, and keep in mind that AI songs may not be protected by copyright everywhere.

Yes. Pick Türkçe under Language, or describe your song in Turkish. Most words come out clearly; rare words and some names may be pronounced imperfectly.

In Song for Someone, use the “How do you say it?” field and spell the name the way it sounds (for example “EH-leef” for Elif), then make the song again.

Under the result, tap Softer or More upbeat, or change the mood and try again.

Our AI provider's safety filters block some requests, for example ones that ask for a real artist's voice, copyrighted lyrics or explicit content. Credits for blocked versions are returned.
